Sister Suzie, with her undiluted boisterous North East charm is going to take you on a musical journey you'll never forget. With Suzie's powerful vocals and magnetic presence, she and and her band will lift you up, shake you all around and drop you back down again leaving a gigantic smile on your face and leave you tapping your toes for days after the show.
Suzie has been playing with this line up for eight years now and although now she has a pool of extraordinary players that come together to create this explosive mixture of rhythm and blues, both Matt Jackson (guitar, Number Nine) and Al Nicholls (tenor sax, Blue Harlem & Big Town Playboys) are always by her side leading the way. They will lead you on a journey serving up some blues and soul with a whole lotta roll.. and a bit of ska for good measure maybe when the audience might suit. Together they grab the attention of every audience placed before them from jazz clubs to big party stages having been tried and tested across the UK, Europe and the US and some spectaular festivals like Red Rooster, Glastonbury and Switzerland's Davos, sounds good fest to name a few. It's fun, it's energetic, you have to be there!
